Findings This article reveals the personal characteristics of the respondents; studyity of respondents grok take?ict as positive and arsehole be stimulated by depository library managers; a majority of them have undergo con?ict with their colleagues followed by those who experienced it with their boss(es); interpersonal con?ict ranks highest in the fount of con?ict experienced in the libraries; organisational goal(s) is a major item taken into consideration during con?ict resolution duration allowance ranks highest as technique of con?ict avoidance; it is think that library managers should deal with con?icts as soon as they arise.
